Frusteration...building...GAH!!

I can't TAKE it anymore!! There is so little awareness for the MANGA of Trigun, which is, IMHO, a beautifully done work of art. The anime is EVERYWHERE, but the manga is practically ignored! If people think about it at all, they usually think it follows the storyline of the anime, or that it doesn't even exist!!
The anime is drastically different in storyline, character motavations, development, design and background, event order, and just ten billion other ways.
I really can't recommend anything more. Anyone who agrees?

I agree if we're talking trigun maximum ... I didn't really like the other two they weren't that different from the anime and I preferred the characterizations in the anime (the manga milly bothered me). But trigun maximum was really good and definately worth the extra attention.

Well, I might be a teeny weeny bit biased, but I really love all of them.
I hear people say that about Trigun Maximum, and it puzzles me, because at the point in time I last heard it, only the first one was out. The second came out last month, though. Exactly what is it that makes people like Maximum better?
