Watashi wa AzuFan. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu! (I'm AzuFan. Nice to meet you!)
I'm so glad there's a Christ centered internet anime hangout... I've been visiting many other anime forums out there and, and... Well... I'll just say that I'd rather be in the company of fellow believers! ;)

*ahem*

Ah man, Shooraijin is going to have a field day with this.

There is no accusation intended. The mentioned member has a propensity for greeting members in Japanese. As you have seen.

Nope, looks great. But you needn't be so formal: "doozo yoroshiku" will do just as well with us :)

Note that you *would* use "yoroshiku onegai shimasu" in highly formal occasions and probably business use as well, but in ordinary social occasions where you're introducing yourself, it's not necessary :)

Hi AzuFan! Welcome to CAA. Konbanwa. (I know very little Japanese besides that!)

I like your avatar--very cute. Judging by your username, I'm guessing it may be a character from Azumanga Daioh. Am I correct? If so (or if not), who is it?

See you around,

Yup, My avatar is "Osaka" from Azumanga Daioh (my favorite series) eating melon bread (her favorite type of bread) for her school's bread eating contest...

Oh... And thankies guys, for the warm welcome! ;)

Mmmm...melon bread...

Er, what is melon bread anyway? I like zucchini bread, and banana bread, and just about any other kind of bread known to humankind, but I've never heard of melon bread. Anyway, I think a bread-eating contest would be right up my alley!

Hmm. I don't know about that. I'm not a big fan of most bread. That's kinda odd. Any time I eat bread I get tired. I wonder if I'm alergic to wheat. How do you test for that? Whoa, talk about a digression...

Hellohi! Welcome about!

My friend's allergic to wheat. Well, actually not allergic. He's got Celiac or something like that. :( Apparently, he gets horrible horrible pain whenever he eats wheat.

Going from formal vs. informal Japanese to a discussion about bread. Talk about fitting right in.
