When you're heart's in it, it's not really that bad. Besides, Nekomi and I are having a blast with it...and hopefully, this will just be the start of many, many more projects. I already have ideas for about 3 or 4 more of these.

My fave AMV is the Jerry Springer song to Sailormoon... hehehehe...

Besides that, I quite like the Baka song (to ranma of course) and the Futurama theme to the Nadesico movie... Don't watch if you're photosensitive (aka have epilepsy) because it moves incredibly fast...

Oh and "With You" for Sailormoon...

I haven't found any GOOD AMV with Christian songs in it, but I may make one someday... I saw one GMV for "supernatural" with FF8 but somehow it just didnt seem to fit for me...

One AMV that really depresses me is "Bohemian Rhapsody" to end of evangelion... It's a very well put together AMV, but the scenes from the movie are pretty bad and the song of course is depressing enough by itself. The thing was hypnotic and I kept watching it... I deleted it later, though...

A really good AMV is "That's your horiscope for today" by Weird Al, using "Love Hina" as video.

Oh, and one more... "Right now" by Van Halen, set to all sorts of anime... It does include some major fanservice in it, though... If you look on Kazaa, it's title is "Right now someone is reading this title"

I've seen some of those they're real good, especially the 'Jerry Springer' one. Have you seen the Captain Tylor video set to the Red Dwarf theme?
The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in corrrecting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry—is not even a "subject"—but a moral imperative drawn from a larger narrative whose purpose is to give perspective, balance, and humility to learning.

(The End of Education)

Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge
