how much will all 4 of the .hack games cost right now?

if you really want all four, if i were you, i'd pick up the first one used, and then wait for the others to break to 17.99 as well:) it shouldn't be too much longer before atleast the second one breaks in price.

Hmm... I got the first one on sale at Fry's for about $10. The next two are in the $19.99 bin, and the final is $39.99. If you look at what's actually on the discs, though, it's a total rip off. They claim it's to "great" a game to fit on 1 disc. The first disc is under 2 gb, the 2nd and 3rd, under 3. If the final disc is under 3 gb (I haven't got it yet), it's possible they could have fit the entire game on one dual layer disc. In EITHER case, they could have shipped it on two discs. Pleanty of games do that. I think Bandai was just looking for ways to make more money.

Old Phil, I think its also worth noting that each disc has the FMVs from the installments before it. Now THATs just showing how much space they wasted.

same guys who stretch a 26 episode anime series out to 4 eps per disc at $40 a disc........($10 for a 20-25min ep totalling at the end at $260+.......blah)

I've never paid more then 25 for a Bandai DVD O_o in fact I got all the Big O 2 DVDs for $16.99 each brand new.
