My bros and I got the collection. It rocks, currently my fav is Megaman 3. I don't like the later ones very much at all.

I played the first one....it's alot easier than I last remebered. I'm about to start Megaman 2, complete with it's disco-dancing music. I forgot which one introduced the dog that Megaman would use?

I just bought the PS2 version a few days ago. I do not have time to dig into it yet. Regardless, I am pretty sure I will be lousy at it since it has been a long time since I played 2D platformers like Mega Man.

I do remember playing Mega Man 3 at a friend's house when I was a kid, and I always liked the... Shadow Man weapon? (the blade) and the Gemini Man weapon (bouncy laser).

I have never been a big Mega Man fan, but even I can realize that this collection is a great deal.
Find me on Steam, PlayStation Network (OmegaAmen), Backloggery, Twitter, and Twitch.tv

That intro song in Megaman 2 is amazing! I also love Megaman's brother, which he doesn't start coming around until Megaman 3. And Gutsman (Megaman) level is still harder than most games in the 21st century.

yes, the MM2 title screen music owns.

Protoman also owns.

so far, MM1 is one of the hardest games I've ever played. I think MM7 is my favorite, even though most people don't seem to like it. I like MM2 pretty good too, if for nothing else but the rockin' music. Flashman's theme!!!!234

Gemini Man and Shadow Man are from Megaman 3, which I think is currently considered the best Megaman game from the collection. ^_^

I have been wondering why Megaman3 doesn't seem to have an opening story sequence like all the others.

I bought the game two weeks ago, but I haven't had a lot of time to play it due to work :( . Since I haven't played most of the games, I will probably just go through them in order. With that in mind, the only one I have really played so far (other than MM7 and 8, which I have played and beaten in their first iterations) is MM1. It is amazing to think how innovative MM1 was in its time, with almost all of the gimmicks from later games present (moving block puzzles, various enemies, changing weapons, extreme difficulty).
