Wow, I'm impressed you waited so long. I'm a to-be sophmore in high school and I know couples that are already "serious" in their relationships and others that compromise. Several of the girls at my church have gotten pregnant before marriage and that was dealt with of course, but there aren't enough young couples willing to talk to teens like you just did for us. It would help us wait a lot more if we could hear stories of successful waiting for marriage. You're one in a million for being brave enough to share that! Thanks so much.

Wow, this is being read alot. *hehe* I'm glad you all liked it. It's true and I hope you the best in your relationships. You're always welcome to ask me any questions if you like via pm.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Thanks for the story Chloe. 'Twas great inspiration, and good advice for me as well (even though I am a guy, and still a little young to be dating)
I'm back to make a post or two every couple years...

Yes, still being read. =)

So encouraging and amazing! Praise God! I also had a dream, about my wedding day and I remember feeling the utmost joy about it. I've never dated and I'm still waiting upon the Lord.
