It depends, what do you like?
There's a ton of anime that exist, there is something for everyone.

Well, One Piece is a fantastic show. I've only read the manga, but it's one of my favorite shounen stories. This does have a dub.

Full Metal Alchemist is also a possibility. While it *seems* like there's an anti-theist vibe in the first few eps, you can see that's not the case later on. And when you're finished with the original, I'd recommend FMA: Brotherhood. The original anime and Brotherhood have two completely different storylines after the first 15 episodes or so. Both versions are dubbed.

One Outs is also quite good - it's a baseball anime, but very intense and deals a lot with strategy. This does not have a dub.

I'd also recommend Giant Killing, which is also a great sports anime. This also does not have a dub.

Detective Conan - shounen mystery anime. Pretty fun. Only dubbed up until epsiode 150 or so.

Gosick - fun mystery/romance show. Doesn't have a dub as far as I know.
