Anime Girl - I'll take cash or MO too but it would take a while to ship it to me then ship you the copies. Whatever you can make work I'm flexible though!

I can do cash (easier than having to do a MoneyOrder, LOL). I should be able to afford it by early next week. I'd like to get all 3 for 10 dollars ^.^ (+ the 5 shipping, of course)

Sounds good AnimeGirl! I'll go ahead and send you my address via PM on the boards, unless you'd rather me email it, then just let me know where to send it to.

Just be sure to include the $15 ($10 +$5s&h) and a piece of paper with your address and "order" so I know that you want all three. A sticky note is fine, nothing fancy :)

I do a lot of selling on ebay, etc and I typically ship out next day after I get payment. There IS a possibility it could be a bit delayed as I'm currently pregnant with baby #3 and due any day, so if I'm still in the hospital it'll take me a few days, but at most it would be 5 days after payment is received that I'll be able to ship out.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Looks fairly interesting. Can you tell us some of the features of the magazines?

Sure Hiryu - below the photo of the magazines I posted what can be found in each of the individual issues.

For example Issue #1 has the following mangas in it: Kioko & Jomei by Nicole Kiser, Andrea by Ryan Bradley, Remembering You by Psycho Ann, One Winged by Genevieve, Shelter of Wings by Lisa Hutchinson, Full Armor by Nikole Jones, Game & Anime Reviews by Phillip Hanan, Anime Angels Art Submissions...and more!

Is that what you're looking for?

I hate to be a bother, but advertising isn't allowed here. Otherwise we'd get a ton of spam.

Not the official opinion, but one I'm taking for now: I find Keely to be an exception since she was the owner of our sister site (Anime Angels, now sadly no longer active) and not really some random spambot trying to sell cruises to New Delhi.

I'm going to guess that Keely just wants to give these old issues of magazines, originally produced by the site and some of its members, a more deserving home for those who want them. It's not like she's mass producing these anymore (or wait, are you? O: )

Official response: I'll bring it up with the rest of the staff, but since advertising/selling is against CAA rules, it might be good to hold off for a bit.

Protip: I don't think advertising things will attract spambots, but it can complicate things for CAA in regards to potential scams, etc. Hence why we decided to just nix advertising all together.

Update on this: The thread is fine how it is and if people want to buy the magazines, that's cool.

Keely has been known around CAA a long time and as previously mentioned, she was the owner of our sister site, Anime Angels. Thus, she is an exception to the advertising rule under these circumstances. This DOES NOT mean that any member can advertise now.

Though, I wish you had asked the staff about it before you posted the thread, Keely, but it is really good to see you around again. ^_^

Sorry guys, wasn't trying to cause trouble! Just like Goldenspines said I had run across those copies when cleaning out the other day and thought ya'll might be interested since I don't make it to cons much anymore (three kids four years old and under make that hard!) and it's very specific to, well, Christian anime fans ;)

And AA is still technically around, just on FB only - Draw2Much runs it there now :)

(And yup, Anime Angels started back in 1998! I made the first website for it when I still used AOL to access the internet! Wow, I'm old, hehe.)

I now have only 2 full sets (Issues 1-3) left, 1 additional copy of Issue 2 and 7 additional copies of Issue 3.

Currently in a very long (stalled!) labor with my third child though so if I don't respond right away that's hopefully why!!

Might just have to take you up on that offer; I remember AA from like, 9 years ago. Criminy....
