It's actually no longer on iTunes, so it wouldn't matter anyway... apparently somebody at iTunes derped and it definitely was not supposed to go up yet. It's all over Youtube already though, of course.

And thanks! Glad you like her :D

So according to this:

I'm most like Pinkie Pie.
I can devour entire cakes using only my tongue. I'm not the kind of pony everypony should know, because I already know everypony. And I can say “Rarity, catch me!â€

Favorite moments from today's episode:
1. That CMC song! And it wasn't horribly out of tune either!
2. Sweetie Belle going "COME ON!" from the bush.
3. The faces Big Mac and Cheerilee make while in love.
4. Appleblooms frantic arm-wave of impending doom.
5. Big Mac's overly-excited head nod in the diamond shop.
6. Big Mac bouncing like Pinkie Pie/Pepe le Pew.
7. The CMC flying through the air in slow-motion after Cheerilee bowls through them.
This was definitely my favorite CMC episode yet. And I'm so glad that Big Mac and Cheerilee got some good screen time and had their characters fleshed out some more! Hooray for side characters :D

Also, to anyone who's interested, the synopsis has gone up for a new episode, and it sounds like it could possibly be the best episode of the whole series so far. I'll just link it here in case anyone wants to avoid spoilers: Link, the Hero of Time

I know, that episode was amazing... Now we have to wait two weeks until the next one. D:

OH YEAH. *Starts singing the Back to the Future theme song*

DDDD: Are you sure? According to Zap2it, the next episode airs next Saturday, and THEN I think there's a two week gap. Link

Edit: I REALLY hope there's a Back to the Future reference in that new episode.

Completely agree. Big Mac and Cheerilee was so much fun in this episode. But poor Big Mac's VA, I can just imagine:
'Big Mac's getting more lines this episode.'
Peter New-'That's great'
'Here you go.' *hands script*
Peter New-'???'

On the new episode announcement:
Twilight Sparkle is my favourite pony.
Lesson Zero is my least favourite episode. (only for the art style used to depict Twilight as she got more stressed or crazier)
I'm unsure about the new episode.
Agreed. Sweetie Belle has always been my favorite CMC and possibly my favorite pony overall. Something about her just invites smiles and glee. She was totally golden in this episode.
I loved all three of the CMC's faces when they're in the bush. XD Oh! And I forgot to mention another one of my favorite moments in the episode: the pony that is strangely obsessed with tubs of jelly. That face he makes... Bahahahaha! Someone in the chat dubbed him Hugh Jelly, which I think is a pretty fitting name.
I laughed out loud when I read this. It IS pretty hilarious that when Big Mac finally gets more lines, they're simply dreadful. I guess because the only way Big Mac would even HAVE more lines is when he's out of character like in this episode.
At some point on Valentine's day, I am going to call someone my "Hearty smarty smoochy woochy baby waby." XD If Big Mac said it, it must be manly, right? Also, another one of the best things about this episode (there're a lot) is the CMC's little prance-hop that they do during the song and right after BM and C fall in love. Adorable.
Did you mainly dislike it for how Twilight was drawn as she went crazy? Or for the fact that she went crazy at all? I think her going crazy fits in quite well with her OCD nature, and I personally loved that episode. Episodes where ponies slowly slip into insanity tend to be my favorites. *cough*PartyofOne*cough*
If you disliked Lesson Zero, though, then chances are that you may not like the new one either, because it sounds like she is going to go crazy in this one too, and I imagine she will be depicted similarly, considering the generally high fan opinion of Lesson Zero. I think the new episode has a lot of potential for interesting and humorous situations. We'll see how it turns out. At this point, I trust the Studio B team implicitly. They haven't really let me down yet!
Just the way Twilight was drawn, although Pinkie, Rarity and even Twilight in other episode has shown some craziness I usually found them somewhat cute in their expressions. In 'Lesson Zero' Twilight wasn't cute, she was scary. And a lot of people like it for that reason, I don't. But I'm in the minority, so not much to do about it. Just have to hope for a good Twi episode, and if they keep going in that direction, well, Pinkie Pie has been slowly winning me over as favourite pony.

On a side note though I did think 'Lesson Zero' had one of the best lessons to learn of any of the episodes. It's easy to forget that, even if something doesn't bother you, it could weigh heavy on someone else.
At some point on Valentine's day, I am going to call someone my "Hearty smarty smoochy woochy baby waby." XD If Big Mac said it, it must be manly, right?
:thumb: no wait. Make that. :thumb::thumb:

Edit: Forgot one teensy tiny amazing scene: Pin the heart on the pony.:-^o^-:

Oh yeah I saw the new episode like three days ago.

It's my favorite episode of the entire series. Lots of Scoot, lots of comedy, and pole-dancer Sweetie Belle. Fantastic all around, and I love the shout-outs to the fandom ships, like Derpy and Doctor Whooves, and Lyra and Bon-Bon.

Y'know, I think this is the best Valentine's Day special I have ever seen from a kids show. Disney channel & Nick always have the V-Day episode be some "i finally get to be with my crush, tell them I like them, blah blah blah." But no, the moral of this one was: Let love run its course. If it comes, it comes. If it doesn't, it doesn't. If no love blossoms, don't force it. That is why I love these writers. :)

I was thinking, since I told you why I don't like 'Lesson Zero' how about telling me why you do like it. Maybe I'm being unfair towards it. Is it just for the way Twilight was drawn? Would you still like the episode if her craziness was drawn more subtle like they did with Pinkie in 'Party of One' (well it wasn't really subtle, but you know what I mean)?

@Bio: Liking the new avatar! She's really talented :D

Hmm... that's a good question. Honestly it's not my favorite episode of them all. It just seems to be the favored fan favorite for the average Brony. I liked it, but there are other episodes that I liked way more. I don't think the drawing had that much to do with it either way. I thought some of her crazed expressions were pretty funny, and the fact that her appearance was so over-the-top seemed to fit to me, because Twilight is more OCD than pinkie pie anyway, so her insanity probably would show more in her appearance than in pinkie (apart from the obvious hair thing with Pinkie).

The reason I liked the episode would probably just be for all of the little things with the other characters that I felt made it funny and awesome. I enjoyed the other characters more than Twilight in that one. I loved Fluttershy giving that bear a massage, Rainbow destroying AJ's barn with an atomic rainboom, Big Mac picking up Mr. Smarty pants after everyone else came to their senses... stuff like that. I just thought it was an episode where the writers really just had a lot of fun, and that fun showed through to me, so I had a good time watching it.

Thanks for sharing Felix. I admit there was a lot of great scenes in there and I also liked most of them, except for the Fluttershy part. I really thought they went a bit too far with that, and she was completely ooc, if you look at how she handled the manticore or Philamina (I still don't know how you spell that) or using the stare on the dragon or cockatrice. But then the fandom brought out stuff like this:Yogi's Basket break
And I decided 'Yeah I can let it slide, we're all on the same page'. As for the writers having fun with it, I guess I forgot to look at it that way.:sniffle: That's definitely true if I think back on it.

But the way Twilight was drawn just bothered me enough not to like the episode, and I shouldn't let it get to me, but I'm like that with everything, I find little things like that, that really bothers me and I get completely frustrated with it. And it's really silly, because 'Lesson Zero' was the first “newâ€

Thanks for being honest Bio! There's nothing wrong with letting little things like that get to you, especially when it's part of a show that you care about and are emotionally connected to. I personally didn't really see that Fluttershy scene as being too OOC, because I figured that Fluttershy just knew that the only way to fix the bear's back was to be a little rough with it. Knowing animals so well, she'd probably know that a bear with a bad back needs some rough chiropractor treatment. *shrug* That's how I would reconcile it anyway. I think the "OOC"ness of it is what makes it funny to me, like when Fluttershy's voice was really deep in Bridle Gossip.

I do get where you're coming from though. I haven't felt specific frustrations myself about any of the episodes yet, but I've had that experience with other shows and movies where a small thing will just ruin it for me. Thank goodness they didn't keep drawing Twilight like that, eh?

Fluttershy and Scootaloo episodes are still missing, let's hope for some good ones soon. I'm really looking forward for a Scootaloo episode right now, but that's Raider's fault.

I'm at least 90% sure that these haven't been posted in here yet, so I'm gonna drop them off here.

First, the Italian opening to the show. This is for real, and it's seriously really good. Why can't our theme song be this good? Seriously!

Also a few Japanese fandubs. Now we can watch the show in GLORIOUS KAWAII NIPPONESE instead of the horrible English voices.
