Uh-oh...

I need prayer. I have a ministry in another city, playing guitar at a church inside an English school. Without going into too much detail, there have been some conflicts between the Japanese pastor/leader of the English school and some American missionaries/teachers at the school. It's very complicated, but the gist of it is that now both sides have spoken to me separately and told their stories. There are a lot of inconsistencies, probably due largely to lack of communication and the culture gap. But the fact remains that I am now firmly entrenched right in the middle.

This is a very dangerous position for me, but it's also a unique opportunity; as a neutral party, I may be able to function as mediator/peacemaker. I've actually done it before. But it's a terribly stressful position and can have disastrous consequences if handled poorly, so pray for me, that God would give me wisdom. Pray that the Holy Spirit would bring peace and understanding into this situation, and pray that it can be resolved as soon as possible. Pray that I would not be dragged into the middle of it emotionally. At this point both sides have confided in me as a neutral party but with emotions running hot it could get tipped one way or the other, and either way I would lose. So definitely pray for me and for everyone involved!

Praying, friend!
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

"Since the creation of the Internet, the Earth's rotation has been fueled, primarily, by the collective spinning of English teachers in their graves."

Praying for you sis.
Our lives are but a vapor, let us not let waste our time and breath on vanities, but let us spend ourselves for the Kingdom, seeking a better resurrection.
