Theme song♪♫

Postby UniqueAngelStar » Fri Jun 10, 2011 11:11 pm

Hey guys! What's swingin'?~♪♫

All of us love music and songs so much, we all can say "Music is life".♪ ♫

But do you have particular favorite music and songs that you love so much, you can listen and sing to it loud and proud, over and over again til the replay button is tired? Last but not least, is that song and music is your personal "theme song"?

So, what is like your theme song? Does it describe your personality, what you like, what you go through or learn in life?

(Also, on the other hand, you can say your other favorite theme song from an anime or show if you like.)

I have 2 in English:

One Step at a Time by Keke Palmer, and Our God Reigns Here by John Waller.

My Japanese ones are Renai Circulation from Bakemonogatari, OK! from Pokemon, and Immature by Ayumi Hamasaki.

These are just the ones off the top of my head. 0_o

OH WAIT: From Pokemon, By Your Side~Hikari's Theme!

I have many theme songs, it depends on my mood and how I feel. Recently, however, it's been;

"Perfect" [Clean version] by P!NK. I know that's not the /real/ title. But I refuse to put that other word ^^

and one other by P!NK. That's it for now. ^_^

Queen's "Fat Bottomed Girls", because they really do make this rockin' world go 'round.

On a serious note though, I don't have any theme songs. If I could though it'd probably BT's "Flaming June."

Emery's "By All Accounts (Today Was a Disaster)" is a great reminder to me that only God can be the one to run to for any sort of relief. It's an extremely sobering song - always reminds me of where I've been, where I am, and where I long to be.

I actually can't decide between these 3...(One is kinda a given...:P)

"Welcome to the Masquerade" by Thousand Foot Krutch.
(This song is about how everyone is not as they appear, they could be wearing a mask....or you could be the one wearing the mask...)

"Kountry Gentleman" by Family Force 5 (This one's for laughs! :dizzy:)

and last but not least...

"Dear X, You Don't Own Me" by Disciple! (Go ahead/ You're never gonna take me!/ You can bend but you're never gonna break me/ I was yours/ I'm not yours anymore!/ Oh, you don't own me!!)
(:jump: !!!VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!! :jump:)
Sincerely,

Yep, I'd say this fits me perfectly. Definitely the best theme song for me.

I'm probably the only one whose "theme song" is classical with no words <_< I can't explain it in words, but this violin solo is me. I just...can't get over it. There's nothing in it that I can specifically point to as an explanation. It just feels sort of brown and purple, and there's sadness and vibrato, and somehow...that's me.

Johannes Brahms's Violin Sonata No. 3, Movement 2 - Adagio

But if you want a less esoteric theme song, this one describes my life perfectly:

"Scream" by ZOEgirl
You can find out things about the past that you never knew. And from what you've learned, you may see some things differently in the present. You're the one that changes. Not the past.
- Ellone, Final Fantasy VIII

"There's a difference between maliciously offending somebody - on purpose - and somebody being offended by...truth. If you're offended by the truth, that's your problem. I have no obligation to not offend you if I'm speaking the truth. The truth is supposed to offend you; that's how you know you don't got it."
