'Kay, so a few months ago, an old friend of mine came back into my life, sort of. Over that time, she had had a son, and somehow she was managing raising him, working two jobs and getting a GED. She was doing fine, or so it seemed. Keep in mind she's about my age (a bit under 20).
Last night, she got kicked out of the house she was living in, for the second time in those few months. I don't know everything about it, of course, but I got the sense it was something about money. This one family, let's call them the Smiths, friends of mine who have kind of been acting as a surrogate family to her, moved her out with my and my family's help, to their house. Apparently, the Smiths have been having concerns about how she's spending her money and the crowd she's been hanging out with, so...yeah. It's a mess, so just pray for her, 'kay?
