Generally speaking, the way to go about this will depend on the girl. I know that's a vague answer, but every girl will react the the same situation slightly differently. Some would rather that you be straightforward and tell them, others would rather that you let them know you are interested in roudabout ways, and still others would have preferences that I can't even imagine. Women are individuals, and they each are looking for different things.
