Yes, But I don't really have the time or money at the moment. Fashion for girls my age isn't often very "pretty" (where I live at any rate) and I don't have much time for sewing, or the money to buy something online (Those lolita fashions are very tempting though) Maybe someday when I have a ittle more time and a job I can though ^_^

I miss my childlike naïveté and innocence...it feels like after my parents divorced, I grew up a little too fast. =/

The one thing I miss is not caring about anything but having fun
If someone said 3 years from now
You'd be long gone
Id get up and punch their mouth
Cuz they're all wrong
I know better
Cuz you said forever
And ever
Who knew?

"The advice I like to give young artists, or really anybody who’ll listen to me, is not to wait around for inspiration. Inspiration is for amateurs; the rest of us just show up and get to work. If you wait around for the clouds to part and a bolt of lightning to strike you in the brain, you are not going to make an awful lot of work. All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you’re sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens. But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that’s almost never the case." - Chuck Close[/color]

Talk about Saturday morning shows I miss starting in the 50s and up.
Live action shows like Roy Roger Show and Sky King. Cartoons like Mighty Mouse. I remember Captain Kangaroo being on week days and Sat. Many area of the country had their kid show entertainers. I can remember like Bozo The Clown, Ranger Hal, Captain Five, Captain Tug and Captain Chesapeke.
Then there were marionette Sci Fi shows like Supercar, Fireball XL5, Thunderbirds Are Go, Captain Scarlett and Stingray.
There are so many cartoon shows I can think of growing up.
What about foods.
I can remember Fizzy Tablets, not the new ones Kool Aid has but the originals with better taste and more flavors.
Toys there were so many types of toys.
Buddy L Toys, Tooslie Toys, Tinker Toys, Grider and Panel building set.
TV theme toys like spy shows.

I miss my memories. Strangely enough, while I now hate my old stories and drawings ( some of which I've found and preserved in a folder I labeled "The Graveyard", because I do that), I like looking back on them to help me draw ideas from them. But then there are the memories attached to my stupid story ideas, and I really wish I had the courage to write as a child so that I could read more of what I'd written.

There are also events that I like to remember, but I'm bad about forgetting things. I do like to reminisce though.

I miss living right next to my best friend, whom I used to play with all the time.

Things I missed:

- Many moments of worry-free fun with friends.
- All those Saturday morning cartoons (Thundercats, He-Man, Galaxy Rangers, Silver Hawks, C.O.P.S., G.I.Joe, Transformers, etc.).
- All the cool "Classic Space" LEGO sets that were around.

Me too! I totally have a wii and an xbox and my tv on campus with me, but they only get played...maybe once a month. x.x When school takes over everything, there is no time to chill and relax and de-stress with a good game anymore, or even a good movie, really..... :(
