I usually dont ask for prayers but...

Postby MxCake » Sat Dec 11, 2010 5:44 pm

Hello everyone :D I'm the newby here and well i dont usually like to ask for prairs but i was once told that we dont pray for others to chnage Gods mind but to be there for others and witness what God does.

so i thought that i would share some things that i pray for every day and that if anyone would like to pray for me i would really appreciate it.

Im in a big of a stressful time with what i want to do with my life as most 18 year olds (19 in feb) it comes the time that i choose my carrier and ive been juggling a lot of things which one is teaching English in japan ive always wanted to go to japan ever since i was little.i love going on airplanes and doing different things. that's not the problem though the problem is the people im leaving behind. its hard for me to put my self over people sometimes and my mom and my 2 best friends would be heart broken and miss me. its not an easy choice plus that i need a bachelors degree to start the program that i want to do just to see if i really want to do it. i dont know if i could do it or even if God wants me to do it.

anyways sorry about the long intro, any prayers would help :)

Praying.

The best way to know if you can do it is to try your hardest. You also still have a few more years before you have your bachelors', so I really would relax about how your mom and friends would feel about you going at this point. Mothers are always heartbroken when their kids leave the nest, even if they're moving just down the street :) But you have to take a first step to know where your life is going- so take that step! Stay in prayer, but walk your path with confidence.

God always provides a way in the end (at least I believe that). For people you are leaving behind, they are resilient and I'm sure want you to do the thing that makes you happy :)
