Hm...impact is hard to find these days. Let's see.

Oh, last spring our sofa leg went through the family room floor. That was very impact-ful. Made this great crack-thump type noise. We've been remodelling that room ever since.

Oh, wait, not that sort of impact-ful. Let's see.
Well, getting an A.S. degree and graduating from community college was pretty fun. I've never set foot inside an educational institute since (though I eventually will again probably). Oh, except for the GED testing center. Really, that test is so much easier than high school.

Was there anything more recent then that? Hmm...

Oh yeah, becoming a moderator of CAA was a big one. Can't believe I forgot about that!

1. Do you like the Harry Potter books? If so, who's your favorite character?
2. Do you like Green Eggs and Ham?

Sorry it took me so long to get back here :3 I loved all the answers you gave! =D Now let's see if I can come up with some pretty good questions :3

1: What do you think of my signature? lol

2: From what you know of me, how well do you think I'll fit it here? Am I a nice addition or something? Am I absolutely repulsive that I Should be sent to Space Africa just for being alive? Please tell me, I can take it like a man! XD

3: If you could change your name, what would it be?

4: If you could be of the opposite gender for a day, would you do it? XD

5: If you had a Genie(One like Aladdin, not like how Genies are supposed to be <.<; ) And you had those three wishes, no rules to restrain you, what would you wish for and why?

6: What would you do in life, if you knew you could not fail? =D

Not very good questions, but I don't think they are very bad either :3 Yay for higher self esteem! XD
Christianity + Anime = Christianime. 'Nuff said, ja?

Phoenix Wright: "Stay down... This seems suspicious... I wonder who this guy is..."

Professor Layton: "Hmm... Why, this reminds me of a puzzle!"

Phoenix: "Wait, wha-!? Is this really the ti-!"

Maya: " Oh Nick, don't be such a fuddy duddy! Try out a puzzle! C'mon Professor, give him your best shot! Nick'll solve anything you've got!"

Luke: " Yes! The Professor only gives easy ones anyway. I am sure you won't have any issues!"

Phoenix: "OK... I guess, but don't you think-"

Maya: "Shh! Listen Nick! You'll miss something important like you usually do!"

Layton: "-Insert some insane puzzle/riddle thing-"

Phoenix: "..."

Everyone stares. Maya get's uncomfortably close.

Phoenix: "... Oh look! He's gone in to the castle, let's go after him and investigate! -Runs off-"

Okay, you ask some of the best questions. Let's see about answering them.
1. Christianime. Yes.
2. At first I was like "animefanatic777 is a very generic name" but I found out you're really cool and interesting. Also Space Africa is awesome and I want to go there some day.
3. I would change it to be the Empty String, "". So people would be like "I was talking to the other day." and "Have you seen 's new program?"
4. Yes. That would be a good experience.
5. Isn't the right thing to do with genies to wish to set them free?
6. I would create a really cool programming language. Or, I would write a framework that allows all other programming languages to interact with eachother freely. Or I would start a blog.

1. Wall-E. I think that's pretty definitely my favorite.
2. Ah hm. This is hard because there's so many great characters. I tend to like the obscurer characters. Like that wizard who made the dufflepuds. Or Strawberry the horse. Though I must say, Eustace gets really cool after halfway through VotDT. EDIT: Forgot about Reepicheep. Reepicheep is awesome.
3. Hayao Miyazaki. Maybe that's just because I haven't seen as many of Satoshi Kon's things, but I really think Miyazaki is the bomb.

1. I've only read (and seen the movies of) the first three books. I like the world it's set in, but the plots were getting kinda contrived.
2. I don't know and I don't really care.
3. Snake.
4. Non-Pixar Disney cartoon? Like old classic Disney? I don't think I remember those well enough to judge my favorite.

1. Dr. Mario.
2. Hm...I know there was one, I just can't remember it. I'd guess What's Up Doc for now.
3. I know Karate, though I'm kind of out of practice. I was up to san-kyu (brown-belt, three ranks below black-belt)
4. It's not within my range of interests. I'm not specifically uninterested in it, it just doesn't have anything to do with computers, anime, music, or theology.

1 & 2. What do you mean by 'acts'?
3. Very much so. I wish they were longer/more frequent.
4. Lots. I can't remember all the national parks I've been to. Mostly in California, Oregon, and Hawaii. A couple in Arizona.

What I mean is bands. Some people call them acts because of people who are soloists, like Yoko Kanno for instance.

Okay, I get it. And speaking of Yoko Kanno...
1. Yoko Kanno, definitely.
2. I haven't heard a whole lot of Christian rock (rock isn't as much my thing as other kinds of music), but the closest answer I could give to this would be Relient K.

Have you ever hit someone and said, "Why in the heck?"
Also, in keeping with tradition:
1: Do you own any combat utencils?
2: Have you ever fiddled on a roof?

Wish I had. Wish I had. Also wish I remembered the Japanese phrase for that.

1. As a matter of fact, I do. I have a bo from a martial arts class, as well as an old (and tiny) pair of sai. Of course, that's not to mention a robust assortment of kitchen knives and a laptop battery.
2. If I ever learn to fiddle I most certainly will.

1. NES, SNES, N64, PS1, GC, PS2, Wii, PS3, a (slightly modded) Game Boy, and a DS Phat.
2. No. It's a community college.
3. When I was a kid they were not popular, so I never got into them.
4. Batman is pretty rad. I think you may have asked me this already.

By the way, I'm not worried about myself in giving personal information out, I just want to set a good example. It's not that hard to figure out who I am, even since I removed my website link from my profile. That's a risk I chose willingly to take when making an online identity for myself.

1. Er...It's hard to judge these. Some of the Firefly ones are really great. The Kenshin ones (on the English DVDs) were often pretty good (even though they were from the dub and I was watching the sub).
2. Hrm, hrm hrm. Sean Connery. Can't remember anyone else, though I'm sure there were others I liked.

1a. I have seen all of the James Bond movies except the most recent one. Hit and miss, but mostly good. Haven't read any of the books though.
1b. Hmm, I don't remember them individually enough to remember which one is my favorite. They kind of all blend together, though the older ones and the newer ones do feel rather different. I don't know. I do mostly like the older ones more though.
1c. That'd be the Passenger Eject Seat in the Aston Martin.
2. I do not have a favorite member of my extended family.
3. Hrm, how am I supposed to decide this? There's a lot of hymns I like and not many I can remember off the top of my head. If I remember one I may add it here.
4. No, I haven't been to a synagogue.

Thank you! Do please tell me if there's anything you need.

1. Well, I'm not that skilled. Most of my apparent skill comes from having a readily accessible dictionary as a Firefox extension. Anyway, it started with watching a lot of anime (which my parents were into since forever), from which I picked up the general sonud and a couple words. I eventually took two quarters of Japanese at a community college, which helped a little (specifically with the grammar, which I almost completely understand now). Since then, it's almost all come from browsing Japanese websites and watching niconicodouga.
2. Yoko Kanno. Also, Koji Kondo (The composer for most of the Mario and Zelda series). And this artist. As for visual art, I like this artist's impressionistic style a lot. (warning: there might be a couple slightly risque images, but nothing too bad I think) This is another one I like.
3. Hoo, my most hated candy. I don't like coconut things, and I really don't like those red licorice-wannabes. I'm not a big fan of candy corn either. Oh, and I really don't like Butterfingers.
rocklobster (post: 1437544) wrote:1. Favorite candy?

1. That's a difficult choice too. I think it's gonna come down to a deathmatch between peppermint patties and Smarties.
2. Starfruit by far. It tastes sooo wonderful.
3. Black Currant Fanta. Which cannot be acquired in the states, much to my chagrin. DX But my favorite of the "common" sodas is Dr. Pepper.
