On Thursday evening, while out with the little one I get a phone from hubby (Sp1) telling me that the nursing homecalled telling him that my grandmother (she's is in a wheelchair) clipped her foot then fell face first and that are waiting to get a ok from her doc for treatment. Then 10 minutes later he calls me back stated that they are taking her to the ER I decided to drop daughter off at the house and head to the ER.
I found her in a room and stay with her until she left the ER. The problem right now is why did she wait for over an 1 hr for the ER doc to see then wait another hour for CATscan/x-rays and then wait for the another ER doc to tell me that she broke her nose (Bone) and she had a gash that needed 5 stitches. On top of all this the EMT put the wrong size neck brace on her so she was laying there so uncomfortable keep trying to get it off but I had to keep telling she can't the doctor has to.

This started about 9:30pm Thursday til 2:30 am Friday. Why is this because some of the people were just sitting around talking but why does haveto take so long for help in the ER.
