Skinny jeans for toddlers

This is the stupidest idea I've ever heard of.

You still need regular access to change diapers at this stage. Right?

Which is worse though, foot binding or neck elongation?

Ooh. That's a tough one. I think foot binding is probably more painful, but neck elongation looks creepier.

Except, after you take the foot bindings off, that looks doubly creepy, so I'm going to put foot binding at the top of the list, followed closely by neck elongation.

*shudders*

That's a tough decision Nate, they're both pretty bad.
How about neck binding and foot elongation?

Neck binding is pretty much just strangulation and foot elongation...well, never mind. But it could be useful for clowns possibly? They already make huge clown shoes.

Foot binding is definitely worse! Neck elongation makes it longer, but foot binding folds it up and distorts it and yech

But with the neck elongation, you pretty much depend on those rings to hold your head up. Although, I'm sure that you could get used to it, more or less...Foot binding, I could see as painful all the time. Especially when you have to walk long distances. *shudders*
Concerning the skinny jeans for toddlers and babies...Why is it that parents do that to their kids?! Not just dress them up in things like skinny jeans, but I've also wondered why parents will sign their kids up for a dozen different sports/activities, and then complain about too much running around to do.

And notice, it's the parents who care about the fashions, not the kids. Skinny Jeans are unhealthy, as they pinch the nerves in your legs, and you only look good in them if you're anorexic, one of the few naturally skinny people, or an anime character XD

Seriously parents who put there kids in pagents or dress them like teenagers bother me.

Though Lynna I think skinny jeans on teens (like myself) are exceptable. I love my pair, and I'm not even skinny.

Now to reply to 8 pages here...

Twilight is actually an OK movie... I just don't understand the obsession.
Sour Warheads... ugh. I got a sore throat for two days from one of those things a couple weeks ago.
Sillybandz... yeah, I have some of those >.> But yes, they're dumb, regardless.
Yes... too many 3D movies!!!
The game? I still slap people for mentioning it just because I can.
Man, crocs are as ugly as it can get... those and gladiator sandals.
Hey, the emo thing isn't too horrible... to some extent. Unless it's a gay dude acting like a girl, then it can be creepy.
Leg warmers and shutters aren't bad, but you can't actually wear shutters if you expect to be able to see anything...
Hey now, I like skinny jeans!
PrincessZelda wrote:Word. I was anti-skinny jeans for the longest time, until one of my friends forced me to try on a pair at the store once. I was surprised they looked so good AND were comfortable. It's like, the only kind of jeans I wear now. XD

It may be my body type, though, because I know some people who really don't like them after trying wearing them. I think maybe they look better on certain body types.
Amen.
Short shorts... they're okay. For swimming in a creek! Not for wearing in public, especially not with boots.
Ka-ponk? Omgness, ridiculous...
I'm not sure which is worse... baggy pants in general, or having to wonder why a guy is wearing a belt and yet you can still see his boxers...
I still see a bunch of the Calvin bumperstickers...

Well... there's my contribution for the day... haha
Anything I would say has already been mentioned.

lol,sorry. I just have a bit of a grudge against skinny jeans, because mine wear out so quickly, and it's almost impossible to find any jeans other than skinny jeans ^^;;

I really detest those things. I'm surprised Bill Waterson (sp?) hasn't tracked down those people and given them a lawsuit for copyright infringement. Yes, I even detest the one that shows Calvin praying in front of a cross.

To add to this for me, when they buy a new pair and cut them right when they get home...

Why buy new ones if that's all you want them for?

How can you wear shutters? They go on windows. o.o

Why would he bother? He'd get nothing out of it. He doesn't care about money and anyone who's a fan of Calvin and Hobbes knows that he refuses to merchandise his characters. He's just a man who wants to live his life.
Why buy new ones if that's all you want them for?

Because it's usually cheaper than buying the already ripped ones?

I remember reading an article by him that talked about that- apparently, the groups that do it are to big/many to take them down legally, and lots of them are in foriegn countries. Not only are there illegal bumberstickers, but most mugs and t-shirts with those images are also made without giving profit to the cartoonist. He said that part of the problem was he liked to do some of them outside the lines (like the images of them dancing), and that unfortunately made them even easier to reproduce.

The destroyed clothes thing was pretty bad, but I'd rather people ruin them at home then have ripped jeans in stores.

We haven't really discussed bad hairstyles yet. I'll start with one I detest. Mullets.

You know, I once had a 40-year-old female supervisor who thought the height of hair style was the mullet.... to bad she had it in 2006...

Ripped jeans etc. aren't anything new. The first time I heard about them was in the very early 90's when The New Kids on the Block were hugely popular.
