Off I Go!

Well guys, this Friday at 6am I begin my trek to Japan for a two week missions trip! Please keep me, my sister, and my best friend in prayer as we all three form the team coming from America to teach English at an Adult camp in Tokyo. We need lots of prayers for our safety and for God's spirit to be upon us! This will be my second time in Japan, my friend's first time in Japan, and my sister's first time even out of the country. We'll be back July 31st so please pray for safe travels too! Thank you!

Well, I'm back! LOL. I had an awesome time teaching English and was even given opportunities to answer the questions of curious non-Christians about why I was a Christian and why Jesus was better than Buddha. I was also able to minister to Japanese Christians about the power of prayer and how to minister to gays/lesbians through love and not just hard condemnation. Plus I got to see lots of Tokyo including Tokyo Tower, the Imperial Palace, and two major shrines at Asakusa and Naritasan. This place is just filed with idolatry. You have no idea. And everyone seems so out of it, tired, lonely, or depressed. It's definitely a place that needs our continuing prayers and spiritual support!
Aaaand...I shall see about posting pictures in the picture thread! Thanks so much for all your prayers and support!!!
