Heard about this! So sad. He was cool and a fun actor. I remember him most from Land of the Dead. I know most of you are probably like..."what?" but that is what I last saw him in.

Dennis Hopper has had an interesting, multi-faceted career, but like most people of my generation I knew him best as a villain in several good and terrible movies. Off course he had better roles than a badguy.
