You painted the whole house purple! Who paints a whole house purple? It's enough to drive a man insane!

Seems innocent enough, I suppose. o.o We will see though.
Also, side note, in case anyone is wondering why I stand so close to people when I question then. I am not trying to hit on them, it's just that they can't hear me from across the room (people in this game are hard of hearing or something).

It's okay to admit you've fallen for me. I have that effect on women. Don't worry babe, I wouldn't murder you. . . . Probably.;)

You know, I just realized something. What kind of detective doesn't bring a magnifying glass and just hopes he/she can find one at the scene of crime?

That is an excellent question. Unfortunately, I have no control over my detective habits in this game. Otherwise, I would have brought a gun as well in case I do get trapped in the same room as the murderer. >_>]http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k99/goldenspines/sleuth2nd10ED.jpg[/IMG]

....it's always the nice ones.

That concludes it. Melody Maker is the murderer. Must find magnifying glass FAST.

No magnifying glass.

NO MAGNIFYING GLASS

But hey, let's talk to Rock Lobster for fun.

:I

I need to keep moving anyways. >_>

STILL NO MAGNIFYING GLASS AND OH SHOOT IT'S HIM. HE'S FOLLOWING ME! D8

Image

......I have searched all the rooms and guess what. NO MAGNIFYING GLASS. This game is rigged! D8 *cries*

Well, I could try to examine stuff without the magnifying glass, but it probably won't work out, cause I'm near-sighted in this game and all (see a trend yet? People are hard of hearing and half blind in this game).

We'll try that next time and see if I can still piece together this case. ^_^

That guy's an imposter. Not only would I be too clumsy to handle a murder weapon in the first place, but I'd forget why I'm in the refrigerator to begin with shortly after opening the door. Not to mention I'd have banged my head on that brass pot on the ceiling. XD

Do you have something against the color purple too??

I know you guys are just joking, but I feel the need to bring this up so that no feelings are hurt in the future.

Disclaimer!

Each personality of each character in this game that share a member's name are by NO means like that member in real life. If they are, it is purely coincidental and fairly weird.

Okay, continue. :3

Yeah...For example, Ante would have no use for a jeweled mirror. Or a mansion, for that matter.

But I would happen to spent the evening in the dining room and only appear in verbal passing. That has always been my thing.

So I didn't kill Winry. I must say I'm relieved, but . . . in a weird way, I'm also sorta disappointed.

And I would paint every room in my house bright purple just to drive people insane... because I'm unpleasant like that.

This game is spot on.

Continuing on; sorry for the delay.

When last we left off, I was unhappy at the fact that there was no magnifying glass. But, not willing to give up that easily, I decided to try examining things without my trusty glass and see what happens. Starting with the wine flask in my current room.

Image

.....sheesh, my sight must be really bad.
But remember this, it will be important later.

Image
Just what I need right now. -_- Melody Maker must have finished snacking already.

Something that should be noted so you are not too confused by my actions. Sometimes, even though I've already searched through all the rooms, the magnifying glass will show up (the premise behind this is that someone had it and then they dropped it? Or something. I dunno, but it's happened before.) Though, if I can't find the magnifying glass, I have a few hunches about it (sadly, I did not get to try them all 8( )
But, onwards.

Image

Eep! D:
One of my hunches involves the murderer. Sadly though, I was too disheartened by the loss of my magnifying glass to think of it ntil after the game, but if anyone had my magnifying glass, it probably would have been the murderer. But, I will remember this for future use as something to try out. When I'm magnifying glass-less and I'm in the room with the murderer, I'll have to try "get magnifying glass" (or "steal magnifying glass" might be more appropriate, but I don't think the game would recognize that) instead of running away like a fool (like I did in this game XD).

My search through all the rooms proves fruitless once again and I find that there is more bad news.

Image

AS IF HE WASN'T BEFORE. He kept appearing in the rooms I went into like he was stalking me. D:

I decide to try one of my hunches, which is much like the one I came up with afterwards for taking the magnifying glass from the murderer, but only, I try it on regular people in the house first.

Image

This fails to work (something about the game not being able to understand my command or something. Silly piece of junk. I missed getting that screen shot though)

Image

I continue this strategy until it finally leads me to my demise and the end of this game!! (double exclamation points)

IMPORTANT NOTE: The murder weapon is the only item I examined in the game (sure, I didn't see anything on it, but I think this is more that coincidence, guys~). I may have found a way to rig this game for my benefit. XD;

Image

So, that was rather depressing. XD But hey, the game's pretty random. Anyone up for another one? ^_^;;

Note: Anyone who has volunteered for a game before can volunteer for this next one. ^_^

I would like to volunteer again since all I did was die and my death was not avenged =( Unless there's enough new volunteers of course.

Me! The Master of Squirrels would appreciate being a suspect in an investigation into the death of a universally despised person. I'd also like you to put my name in the game next time you play.

sure why not.
Do they always almost universally despise the victim? It isn't that way in all the mysteries I've read.

Having an unlikable victim in a mystery story is simple convenience, really; maximizes the number of possible suspects than a universally adored figure, and reduces the idea of guilt that someone's dying for your entertainment.
