I know this sounds stupid...but I'm afraid no guy is ever going to want someone like me. So maybe prayer that if i'm going to be single my entire life...God let's me be content with that.

Medicaid paid for my walker. I receive SSI to supplement my income since I cannot work full-time. There are resources out there to help. It never hurts to ask.
Spinal taps are not fun --I had one during Christmas break. Please let me know if I can do anything for you or if you need to talk. I have been in the same boat, sister.
