I think finally, I have hit the lowest point and tonight I found myself honestly calling for God's help. I really need to turn my life around NOW, I am asking for your prayers to help me get my life in check. Please, I don't know what else I can do, I don't know what I can do, but I need to get rid of these demons and finally let God take control of my life.

Thanks guys.
I literally did end up hitting a brick wall - well, it was slate, but same idea. I virtually never actually get violent, so when I do...I'm usually really in a state of anger and panic.

Try writing down what you're feelings at that moment of anger ^^ It may help you some way ^^
