Anger Issues
Well I've been having a lot of trouble controling my temper lately. I get offended easily when family tells me something not meaning to hurt my feelings. A lot of the the time when I get offended I act out in anger. I say horribly mean things then stomp off to a room to cool off. Unfortunatly I cool off by pounding things like a pillow. The other day I hurt my hand by pounding a door. It was then I realized that my anger only hurts me and the people around me. Please pray that I learn to control my anger.
