#1 expensive (why? because they are quite simple colors that calmly and elegantly make a wonderful pallete that is pleasing to the eye)
#2 moderate (because they range from soft to very dark colors that can make a good combo when used right but done the wrong way won't work right. but lots of contrast.)
#3 Cheap (this pallete looks like something a cheap piece of furniture would use just to try and look expensive. Or maybe something i could see someone with no sense of taste trying to look fancy.)
