Have you read anything by Garth Nix? If you haven't you should. He's a great writer for Neil Gaiman fans.

I have not! I'll have to give one of his books a try.

You're writing a book]

I would consider this neutral. His attraction to the extreme could potentially lead to some life changing events.

Assuming that they can be alive or dead, then my choice is Stanley Kubrick. While he would certainly change a good many things about m story, I know that the final product would be extremely likely to keep the spirit and theme, and would probably exceed my work in some ways.

I would either threaten to shave is coat of beards, or tell him that I had seen an Americana Exotica in the neighboring city just yesterday.

I'm not familiar with his personal life, I have nothing but respect for his body of works. After all, he did write and direct The Maltese Falcon which some would call the quintessential Noir film.

I'm not much one for adapting entire books, as I personally would prefer to work from a short story, but if I had to chose a book I would go with The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly.

1. Uhmmm. Difficult. There really isn't one, I don't think.

2. I plead the fifth. I know better than to post this kind of thing on the internet!

3. I tend to be polite and am slow to anger, so I haven't really said anything to my boss that's anything worse than, "I don't know if that's the best way, what about this...."

4. Matthew 5:43-47.

5. The Princess Bride

6. Hands down, my Transformers. I can't think of a better toy than a robot that turns into a car, jet, or tank.

1. Honestly, I have never thought about this before. I'll go with the Big Dipper and Little Dipper combo, since they help us find the North Star!
2. Charles Guiteau.
3. Somewhere between 20 and 30. Despite being a regular here, I'm only mildly interested in anime.
4. I have no idea who or what BarlowGirl is. Normally I would look it up, but since it is late, I'm going to cop out on this one.

I'd recommend you start with his Seventh Tower series. Just be prepared. His books can get quite creepy. The first book is called The Fall.
anywho:
1. You've discovered you have super powers. Which superhero team do you join? The choices are: X-men, JLA, Avengers, or the Titans.

Thanks for the recommendation!

1. I'll take the Avengers, if only because I think that Spider-man and I would get along. (Also Tony Stark seems to like to make people sweet suits, so maybe I will score even more powers!)

Hmmm. Love. Without it, all of my faith and knowledge is for naught.

I'm not sure that I am making a distinction between the two at this point in time. So both!

Feel free to post the answers to these at your leisure. (quite a line of inquiring minds, eh?)

1) How much wood chuck would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
2) If you met a young boy, (who reminded you of when you where his age), what advice would you give him?
3) What question do you wish someone would ask you?

2 Quidditch
3 Honestly, I'm not sure yet. I've only started to enjoy seafood recently, so I need time to try some different varieties!
4 I would never double post, ever.

2a: Cold tea: sweetened or unsweetened?
3: How much awesome do you think it takes to make a thread explode?
3a: On that note, how much fail do you think it takes to make a thread implode?

I think someone should totally do a study on this. XD

Real questions! Yeah!

1: Milk or dark, depending on the context. I like milk chocolate with things like peanut butter, but dark chocolate tends to be favored when it's with almonds. If just by itself, I can go with either. (Dark definitely has more flavor, though.)

2: I refuse to answer this! Nay, I cannot!
2a: Sweetened. Sadly, I have not yet had the famous sweet tea from the south, but I hope to fix that in the future.

3: Approximately this much
3a: I found several threads, but ultimately decided against linking any of them due to being far too embarrassing for many of our older members. XD

2. Have you checked out the Pendragon Adventure series? You should, they're awesome.
3. Do you think you'd survive on the island in Lost?

1. Heroes: Prince Phillip (take a wild guess.), Beast and Belle, Mulan.
Villains: Maleficent, Frolo, Hades, Jafar.

2. I have not! It's on my list of things to look into, though.
3. I would definitely survive for awhile. The big question isn't if I can find food or a place to stay, but rather if I can avoid all of the angry people with guns.

1. Would you jump at the chance to pilot a mobile suit even if it means a lifetime of angst?
2. Did you ever read the REAL Hunchback of Notre Dame?

1. I don't think I would ever be offered the position. There's some sort of angst prerequisite for the job.

2. Yes I did! It was many years ago now, but I remember it fondly.
