So I'm new here to the Christian Anime Alliance. I hope to become actively involved in the forums and the such like. I think that this is a really great idea. I'm a huge fan of the Anime/Manga style, but it really kills me that so much of it tends to have a lot of overt sexual tones/situations in it. Makes focusing on Christ a bit hard if you get to into a lot of it :dizzy:. Which really stinks since I could watch Anime all day long.

I'm trying to get into some hobby Game Programming right now (do some already at work - this would just be for fun :sweat:). Working on a old school 2D engine along with some very Anime-ish game artwork. Might post a website for it if the project comes along nicely.

Anywho, that's me. Of course, if you REALLY want to get to know me then you should play my games. I mean, I AM Solid Snake after all. And someone stuck the Cigarettes in my gear, I don't really smoke em'. I'm just kidding around with Otacon in MGS4, ya' know. . .

Thanks for the greets! Well, well, Derek_Is_Me, you should be mindful that Snake's in the habit of breaking the necks of those he doesn't like. . . :). But nay, LOVED your greet! LOL! "Rue the day. . ." I don't think I've heard anyone use the word "rue" in ages! That's awesome.

Tsukuyomi, I'd have to classify myself as one of those hopeless "Well, Anime is awesome but I can't really give you a name" type of people. Seriously. I've watched some episodes of various shows and. . . can't even remember what they were :(. Oh well. More of my Anime exposure has come through gaming. Anything Square Enix pretty much. And I love old school 2D RPGs.

Press the start button to give in. The game ends when your life runs out. Also, have you ever seen "A Fistful of Dollars" or "Gojira"?

Well, if what happened to Big Boss in MGS3 is any indication, love on the battlefield tends towards chaos and cutscenes where you just want to grab the man by the throat and say "CUT IT OUT DON'T YOU KNOW SHE'S A SPY?!?!?!!?" That having been said, I think it all depends on the circumstances. . .

Haven't seen Fistful or Gojira. But it appears that I need to check them out. . . :thumb:

Peanut, mines are indeed deadly, but it's confusing orders from Big Boss and rooms that suddenly fill with gas which freak me out the most. Thanks to everyone else for the welcome!
