Popping ones knuckles, is it harmful?

Talk about anything in here.

Well, I don't know much about how popping your knuckles or fingers effect your health but I do know that self adjusting your neck is not a good thing. I know chiropractors that have told me about that it's not good to self adjust your neck (or really any part of your back and spinal area). I wish I remembered everything that he told me about it but my memory is not serving me right. Bad memory! >.>

Spine, bad to pop.
Phalanges, good to pop.

(Well your spine is really good to pop if you have a good chiropractor. But it's a bad idea to pop it on your own...Though I do it way to often anyway.)
