Hello, all. My name is Brian, and I've been an anime fan for years, and a Christian for even longer, so its nice to find a place that combines both. God bless.

Welcome, Crusader. Nice ta meetcha!

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.

Hi and welcome, Crusader! ^_^ You're like me: I've been a fan of anime for a long time and a Christian, much, much longer.

[size=84][color=seagreen]YOU SEE

You see into the deepest part of me ---

beyond the fog I hide behind.

You cast your light upon the shadows

that stretch like cobwebs in my mind.

You ease the pain when I am hurting,

and morbid visions from my past

pierce into the realm of Reason

as though I danced on blades of glass.

You grant me strength when I have fallen

and, once again, I've lost my way.

You take my hand in Yours and lead me

into the promise of a brand new day.

You bring order to all my chaos,

yet set my well-laid plans awry.

You place me on a firm foundation ---

then give me wings so I can fly.

You sand away my roughened edges

and polish all the dullest parts

until I stand before Your presence...

a newly-sculpted work of art.

You see into the heart within me,

right through my motives and selfish will.

And yet, in spite of all You see

You say You love me even still.

Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, and Ninja Scroll are probably my favorites. Though I really like Rurouni Kenshin and Record of Lodoss War as well.

Where did your pic of that girl with the angel wings come from? I love it! :jump:

Be careful with Ninja Scroll. It has the most gratuituos sex scenes I've ever scene. It is a great movie otherwise. Don't even attempt to watch Ninja Resurection! (Some people mistakenly think it is a sequel to Ninja Scroll)

Cool! I've read some Oh My Godess manga, but it was in black and white, and I guess I just didn't recognize your Beldandy pic because its in color.

:hits_self :)

And CDLviking is right about Ninja Scroll. I enjoyed it because of all the action and the nice animation, but its definitely an "R" rated movie. I wouldn't recommend it for kids. And definitely stay away from Ninja Resurrection. That one is just plain awful! :shake:
