I can recommend KMFDM, Gravity Kills, Nine Inch Nails, and The Chemical Brothers.

Most of those are Industrial rock bands, with emphasis on rock over Industrial.

Umm, I totally lost you after "Industrial techno", which is a bit misleading because Industrial predates Techno in the history of its development.
