Well, I was referred to this site by ChristianRonin. When I heard "Christian anime site," I figured it just couldn't get much better! ^_^ So, here I am! I enjoy watching lots of different anime shows, my absolute favorite being Rurouni Kenshin. I'm a 16-year old Christian girl, and I love drawing (fanart and original stuff), playing video games (the Final Fantasy series, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Kingdom Hearts, etc.) reading (Manga and classics, such as Les Miserables), watching anime (Ruroken, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, .Hack Legends, Gundam Seed, Inu-Yahsa) and listening to music (Mostly indie/emo bands, like Mae, Straylight Run, Eisley, Jimmy Eat World, The Early November, Daphne Loves Derby, Copeland, Coldplay, Keane, and I also like J-Pop ^_^). My favorite movies are The Last Samurai, Big Fish, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and of course, the Star Wars Saga (Episode III RULED!!). I look forward to meeting all of you! n_n
Bye!

Honestly, looking back at this one, I haven't changed a whole lot (aside from my then-hideous writing style and my posts now overrun with XDs)! But let's see:
-Though the method through which I found this site remains the same, ChristianRonin is now ChristianKitsune/Kitchan!
-Rurouni Kenshin is still one of my favorite anime series, but it no longer sits at the top. XD It's pretty much sitting comfortably in nostalgia underneath Baccano and Full Moon wo Sagashite, and maybe Haibane Renmei, too. XD
-I'm obviously no longer 16, but 19 (and I'll be 20 this month, that's frightening!)! And I most certainly am still a Christian; I've really enjoyed getting away to college, it's given me the change to really take hold of what I believe and own it for myself, giving me a much stronger relationship with Christ. It's nice to not just go to church because my parents go, but because I actually want to go!
-I still love to draw, which is good considering I'm an illustration major! Although I still draw fanart for fun from time to time, I mostly stick to my own stuff now, though.
-I still enjoy video games, and the ones listed there are still some of my very favorites. XD Chrono Cross still takes the lead, but FFVIII and Chrono Trigger come shortly after. Unfortunately, it's rare that I have time for video games anymore. XD
-I still enjoy reading, and I still have YET to finish Les Miserables. XD It's terribly sad, I know. It is, however, my goal to finish that book by the end of this year!
-It's clear that I still enjoy watching anime, but I have vastly changed my list of favorites. XD That original list was basically just all I'd seen at the time, and I shudder to think that InuYasha was ever even mentioned. XD
-Music has changed the most and the least, mostly by simple addition to my interests. XD All of the bands listed above are still amazing (even Mae, who I've forgiven for Singularity; their "The House That Fire Built" project seems really sincere and I like what I've heard from it thus far), and I could continue to add more for a very long time...Anberlin, mewithoutYou, Showbread, Thrice, Manchester Orchestra, Mates of State, The Receiving End of Sirens, The Dear Hunter, and many, MANY more. XD I could seriously go on for a really, really long time about music and how much I love it but instead I will go to my next bullet point...
-...Movies! All the ones listed earlier are still favorites of mine, but added to the list are definitely The Prestige, Paprika, WALL-E, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, The Princess Bride because I somehow missed adding that 4 years ago, and Hamlet (starring Kenneth Brannagh). Amazing stuff!
Of course I've changed more than just with my interests, but yeah! I thought it'd be kind of interesting to go back and look at just how much different I am now than I was back then. XD And I guess, too, that there's a lot of newer members now that I have yet to meet, but I figured I'd make this just for fun. XD Questions, comments, and lulz welcome. XD
