My Return
About two years ago, I stopped visiting this website. Just recently, I began to visit again (I've rediscovered my appreciation for anime). So I thought it would be appropriate of me to re-introduce myself to the CAA community. My name is Sonichiro and I'm a Theatre major at York University in Toronto (it's the same program where the actress Rachel McAdams trained). I realize that most of the members of this website are American, in which case, our spelling will differ from time to time. My favourite Manga series is Ai Yazawa's Forbidden Dance. My favourite film is Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain (or just Amelie, depending on where you're from),as well as anything by Wes Anderson (especially The Royal Tenenbaums). And my favourite author is, of course, Chuck Palahniuk (Fightclub, Lullaby, Diary, etc.). My mom is a missionary, and as a result, I'm incredibly interested in cultural diversity, travel, and volunteer work. You could say that I have a slight case of multiple personality disorder; I'm a city boy with an interest in fashion and popular culture as well as a farm boy who would love nothing more than spending an afternoon with his cows.
