Hmm... Don't know what to say. Whatever... I wish the Japanese and translators of Japanese would stop using the word "Demon", as it doesn't mean the same thing to the Japanese that it means to a westerner.

Anyhow, TGS will be interesting, provided the world Financial crisis doesn't too far overshadow it, which it may.

If that game comes to America, I'll buy a PS3 for it, and it'll be the greatest thing ever.

SO, Microsoft and Square Enix's joint keynote came and went. Sorry to say, but Squ'eenix sounded like whiny babies to me... And nothing new was announced. Guess we have the rest of the show to hear announcements from the other companies. Sony isn't going to have a keynote, nor is Nintendo. The only thing major so far, or... Sort of, is Tekken 6 going multiplatform, but the PS3 gets exclusive rights to the expanded version that comes later. Meh... I just wanna hear about some RPGs on the PS3.

According to some Finnish site, Star Ocean 4 was confirmed to be coming to PS3 later on, after the 360 version (so the people saying "timed exclusive" were true)

Remember, this is from N4G and they don't always have the most reliable sources... Plus, they based it on a google translation, which is ALSO not a very reliable source (maybe someone on CAA speaks finnish and can read the article for themselves, untranslated?)

A few days ago, I suddenly remembered my desire for Gyakuten Saiban 5 and Gyakuten Kenji. I hear that Capcom has a playable at TGS? And beyond that, is there anything I should be keeping an eye out for?

Star Ocean: The Last Hope

I know we have some Star Ocean fans here, and was wondering if they were keeping up with this. The battle system looks much more fast paced than Star Ocean 3...and looks like they removed strong/weak attacks and the fury gauge. And those graphics look gorgeous. Now, I only hope they don't strand you on backwater fantasy planets for most of the game. That was always a problem with this series. The world needs more actual scifi rpgs.

These battles look pretty awesome. And Square-Enix demonstrated that they were still good at making original IPs with The World Ends With You, so, I'm fairly optimistic.
