Oh yeah...Maximum Carnage and Separation Anxiety...I forgot about those. They are still my favorite spider-man games, and probably my favorite Marvel games. Thanks for the nostalgia righteous slave.
Don't forget that Killer Instinct (made by probably my most favorite developer ever in Rare) made it's console debut on the SNES. When will a sequel be made? Ever? Or is there some part of the rights to that owned by Nintendo that can never be reclaimed by Rare?
Did anyone ever play Uniracers? I thought that was a pretty innovative game for its time, and it was the first game that I can remember where doing stunts gave you a speed boost (a concept that was copied in many games that followed). That's pretty good fun for a while.

I agree, it was a great game. The class system was also quite interesting. I'm a Hawkeye fan myself, though the first game I played was with Duran. Also making this game better was the Black Rabbite.
However, I don't think there were 20 different final boss battles. Just three, as far as I know (Dragon Lord, Lich, and someone else). Each two of the original characters is attached to one final boss, at least that was the consensus I found on the internet. Then again, I and others could be wrong.
I know with Duran + Carlie I got the Dragon Lord. Did anyone else get him with another combination?
Ooo, I do admit, SNES had some of the best games around. xD But it didn't have FFIX or Grandia II, so I'm sold to PS.
