hey everyone. so me and another decided that the dragonball z needed a web page. so i got one through hostmonster, thinking it would be just like using invision to make a forum.....

A quick google search for "Dragonball Z" on returned 11.5 million hits. I'm confused what you mean that it needs a website. Can you elaborate?

From what you've said so far it sounds like you have webspace but that it doesn't have similar forum software to something like invisionfree (its the first site host that popped up from searching invision).
Anyway, I'm not familiar with either hosting company, but it sounds like you will need to find a replacement forum package and/or create a site from scratch.
