History/Recent: Reisei is Shinji Hirako and Hiyori Sarugaki's daughter. As you can imagine she is pretty powerful and most of the time very short tempered. Reisei was raised with most of the vizard group, they were very much all her family. Shinji and Hiyori taught her how to control her hollow and how to fight, a strange thing happened though, instead of her having control of her Hollow she is more partners with it, Shinji and Hiyori were a little scared that it might be a problem, but so far it hasn't been. Reijin is what her hollow is called, they work together, he as her sword and she as the one who wields it. When Reisei was little Shinji sealed almost all of Reisei's Spiritual energy into the necklace that she wears around her neck (see the link) and Reisei doesn't know. Even though Shinji did this, Reisei's spiritual level rose even higher. Shinji knows that the necklace must remained sealed, because if it were ever broken all hell would break loose. Hiyori and Shinji have done their best to keep her from unsealing the necklace, even a shinigami of high rank would probably die while killing her.

Personality: Masukichi is usually calm and aristocratic but when annoyed he becomes rash and loud. He is a hard worker but he can be distracted rather easily.
History: Masukichi was an orphan, his parents being unknown and his memory of the past forgotten. He was later adopted by Byakuya Kuchiki and raised to be a Shinigami beneath his wing, even adopting the Kuchiki name.

Weapon Name: FuyuTancho = Winter Crane. Although appearing to be a normal katana, an enormous white crane that uses sound and the elements of winter embodies Masukichi's zanpakutō.
Sword Abilities: FuyuTancho uses a mix of abilities. It can summon snowfall and ice though it mostly uses a variety of sound waves and pitches to disarm its opponent.
Character Abilities: Having been adopted and trained by the honorable Byakuya Kuchiki, Masukichi has inherited an excellence in the flash step ability. He prefers to attack unseen or from a distance.

Appearance: Masukichi is a slim and docile-appearing character, if not a tiny bit short.
Hair: Spikey black hair with white tips.
Eyes: Teal with a very thin ice blue ring around the iris.

Clothes: The standard Shinigami uniform without sleeves.

"By clones I mean that the sword can create other swords. The clones copy the real sword's movment, and float in the air to trick the enemy into thinking that the other swords are real. That is cloning."

"Mind control, Kun's sword can split into four different swords, and one knife. Using mind control, he control the blades in mid air and attack however he wants. However since he can't use mind control for very long, it is a last resort."
