Yes, the forums here are the largest part of the site. We also have a chat, tho. Maybe I'll see you in there sometime?:lol:
As for Signatures, it really depends on your taste. If you have a interesting GIF, cute image or a quote from somewhere you don't mind displaying after your posts, it'd be prime signature material. Do you have a favorite anime series/character? Something from there would be good. Try looking around at everyone else's sigs to get a general idea.
