One of those better had been the Baseball episode, by far one of my most favorite episodes of that anime(comedy wise)

Yeah, the baseball episode was in there. It was pretty funny I laughed hardest at the pronunciation. For one thing, the translator for the Americans had a super-obvious accent, and for another, you could tell that some of the "Americans" were actually Japanese voice actors

Bubblegum Crisis: Tokyo 2041 (seen about half of it)

From what i heard, there was talks of a 2041, but its never been done. You must mean Tokyo 2040 then. Yea, ive seen all of that, but its been a few years though, i guess i should rewatch it again.
