Who's the scariest badguy ever?

Have a video game or or VG review? This is the place to to discuss it! We also accept discussions of board games and the like, but SHHH! Don't tell anyone, OK?

This isn't exactly a game, but I feel that Weston of CS Lewis's space trilogy (as he appears in Perelandra) is one of the scariest bad guys ever. He has personally topped my list, and I have obtained considerable knowledge about creepiness due to reading this. I won't go into detail as to why, but those of you who are familiar with the story understand why this is so creepy.

The scariest boss ever for me, was the entire plauge known as the Flood.
I know they are not realy a boss but, *shivers with fear* man they give me the creaps.
Depend on it. God's work done in God's way will never lack God's supply. He is too wise a God to frustrate His purposes for lack of funds, and He can just as easily supply them ahead of time as afterwards, and He much prefers doing so.
- J. Hudson Taylor
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

I dunno, I think I was in 2nd grade, but it wasn't the first time I fought Mother Brain that bothered me. It was the second time I versed the Mother Brain... late at night.... I liked the Metroid, but I got scared and sad when it died. Yeah, I put the Mother Brain on my list, along with the Zerg and the all the creeps from Eternal Darkness.

Oooh, you fought the Mother Brain in 2nd grade? Whoah...I would never have gone to fight the Mother brain and the Metroid at night...o.O I probably would have freaked out. LOL

A great bad guy.
A bad guy everyone loves to hate.
We hate him so much we love him.

I've not even got to him yet...the shame of it all XD

I thought of something real stupid. Can anyone remember FF:Mystic Quest for the SNES? For any that don't know it. It is an RPG in which the badguys picture changes as you beat him/her up. I can remember when I was really little (bout 6-7), playing it and getting scarred by the Medusa boss when its hair went all tangled and its face went all evil. That was so sad! (And you thought being scared of the dogs in res. evil was bad!!!)

I played that (beat it, actually. Probably a waste of my time). Huh... I don't remember thinking that was scary. Then again, it's possible I didn't even ever see it. If you kill them in one hit it just flashes before they fade away. Or do you mean the boss version?

Scariest badguy? Hm...Hojo freaked me out. Not to the scared point, he's just weird...oh yeah, and Gi Nattak in Cosmo Canyon. Right when you talk to the face, it changes into an evil grin...THAT was creepy. I agree with the Flood, too. I've always been triggerhappy, but never so much as to when they show up. I run out of ammo quickly, then I start a rampage meleeing them, lol.

I found the flood more fun than scary. I like blasting the *insert exclamation here* out of everything I can see!
