- Do androids biult to look like 20+ 'count'? In otherwords, Elcair of Kiddy grade would not 'count,' becase she's supposedly built to look like 14, and her companion Lumiere is even younger looking, but April of Coyote Ragtime Show would 'count?'

Pertaining to your question about Ifurita, I'd have to say she was somewhere in the area of a few millennia old, even before she was discovered by Makoto (in the 1990's) at the beginning of the OAV series.

Roy Mustang - (in the manga omake he says he's 29) My first assessment of him was: Wow; is he good or bad? The way he pulls all the strings to get himself to the top made me convinced I'd like him even if he turned out to be evil. Still, I'm glad his ambitions are admirable. Quite apart from him being a flame-throwing hottie, the main reason I like him is that he wants to make the country a better place and stop all the wars. Also, in the manga it's brought into greater focus how deeply he cares for each of his subordinates.
Riza Hawkeye - (my guess is she's close to Mustang's age) My first assessment of her was: I'm so glad there's finally a man and a woman who can be colleagues at work without romance getting in the way! That's stayed true all throughout the series, though by now I'm convinced there IS some romance between them. But Mustang and Hawkeye's romance goes along so sweetly and silently; it's definitely one of the best story romances EVER!!
Maes Hughes - (DEFINITELY older than twenty, what with a wife and daughter) My first assessment of him was: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! I don't think too much explanation is required here; who DOESN'T love Hughes? Who DIDN'T cry when he- *is strangled by spoiler police*

Vision of Escaflowne
Folken - (since the memories of him and Van show him being probably about the same age as Van is now, I think it's pretty safe to say he's over 20) For starters, he's a traitor who turns good again, risking his life. Another definite plus is how he takes off his symbolic black cloak to show he's throwing off his past deeds. And who can resist a guy with wings?

Wolf's Rain
Oyajisan (Quent or whatever his real name was) - (the grey hair says it all) I tend to like grizzled old men who are gruff and all that but really, deep down inside, are quite tender. I especially like his relationship with Blue and Toboe.
Hubb and Cher - (they're married/divorced/not actually divorced/still married ) I'd say their romance is the second-best I've seen in any anime. I really liked it. It's too bad that in the end they- *gets strangled by spoiler police again*
