CAA Art School, February Session: GIF Animation!

Yes, I notice that often when I'm using photoshop, for some reason the lineart changes when I make the pictures into an animation. o_O I'm not quite sure why that is.

I think that the animation tool flattens the layers to what it thinks is best - so if you have two frames in separate layers, for some reason, it reads the lower one, even if you can't see it underneath the one above. So just make sure to turn off visibility on all layers you aren't using for a particular frame. *shakes fist*

Yes. Probably. Although I must admit that for some reason your explanation passed straight over the top of my head. o_O However, I haven't used photoshop's animation option before, so that may be the cause of my confusion on the subject.

You should try it sometime - it's pretty self explanatory.
