iPod video converters

Postby HwaRang777 » Thu Jan 04, 2007 3:03 pm

Hello everyone,

I just got a 80gb iPod  and I am so excited. I've already tried converting some movies I had into iPod format and I was wondering if there are any good iPod vid converters (preferably freeware or shareware). The movies that I do have seem to have the audio lagging to the video in the later parts of the movie. Also are there any converters that do a good job convering a widescreen movie into a fullscreen size iPod vid?

*raises hand* I'd like to echo his question for a converter that can convert from the avi video format.

Do you have a Mac or a PC? The best for Mac is hands-down, well, Handbrake. (XD)

I haven't found a good PC converter yet, but having a Mac, I haven't looked real hard.

I have a mac and I still haven't been able to find one that works, cuz when I used iSquint, my iTunes wouldn't import the movies which are either on my hard drive or burned dvd
