My merc is female too (so is my acro for that matter) and it is kinda nice that female stuff is cheaper due to less inflation but I also find that female stuff is harder to find.
I've been looking for a stitch suit and miragle suit for a while now and I've had no luck in finding them, forget at a price I can pay up for.
Will insert something intelligent here later... maybe

Rico leveled a little bit, to about 40% if I remember correct, but that was solo. When I finally get some time to sit down and level Rico with Minamo, she'll get to 60 in a couple of days. The main reason I haven't hardcore leveled rico is because I can't afford the 60 weaps yet, and I refuse to level without them >=O So I'm waiting on Minamo to make some cash. She only has about 10mil, and the GAxes cost about 7mil each, so I'm waiting until I have 20 or 25 to buy 'em.

Also, why am I motivated? Not really sure. I have some good friends on Fly now, plus there are a few goals I set up for myself when I was level 70-ish that I still haven't met:

1. All mastered buffs (completed)
2. Kill Nekky (I'd have to be at least level 100 to do that)
3. Kill Fadedblack (I could do that now... if I could find her ><;; )
4. Reach 105 and wear the 105 set and 105 stick

So I still have some stuff leftover to finish.

Okay... so I lied about waiting to get more money XD When the snowboarder set came out, I decided I would get it no matter what. And I did.

But yeah, this pic is of me at level 92, wearing the snowboarder set, with my leveling partner, Lord Rahl, who is a level 105 blade. Behind is Deianera, a level 77(I think) blade, and some random guy from redrum who ran buy when I took the screenshot XD

Yey, today I (as my level 36 acro) killed my first glaphan from 100% health! XD and it only took 90 minutes. No buffs or anything. Died 3 times.
Also became RM on Nasukkin yesterday. RM pwns. Gvur sux. Holycross scares PKers away.

And here's a pic of my acro and my GF, right after she killed her first glaph (she's level 62)

Gvur doesn't suck... it's just bugged. It's supposed to get rid of any status effect... but it only works on poison because it's bugged.

Congrats on RM, though. Welcome to my world XD

You abused a glitch? The only glitch I can think of that you could have used was to stand on something and kill it (so the mob can't attack back), but I don't think you can do that without a non-target aoe... So what did you do?

Since he's an acrobat, he might have been able to do it some sort of way.

Oh and slater, how much exp did you get for killing one?

Potential ban? That stinks man. Hope it works out.

As for me I'm still playing. I haven't gone and quit out of nowhere yet, which is good considering my previous record. My Merc Eyara is at lvl 33 with the entire Cylos set and my FS Assist MynikTracer is at lvl 37 though I really need to level his buffs a good bit.

What level are your buffs? For your level, buffs around level 6 or 7 would be great, and 5 would be average.

Most of them are at 6 right now, though I have a few at 5 that I want to get up to 6.

The glitch? Ok, you know that long coridor that leads into Guardiane? Notice how that there are invisible walls at the left and the right when you're going down it. You can't quite reach the very sides of the corridor. However, if you jump at the invisible walls at an angle, you can go right through. Arrows, spells, and other distance attacks go right through the invisible wall, but the Glaphs can't.

How much exp did I make? Well, the kill got me 2.5%. But I died 3 times so I actually lost about 7% in the whole thing.

Oh, yeah, I know what you're talking about. There are more ways to get into the walls there, but yeah... I dont' see why anyone would bother getting you banned for that though... takes too long for you to be really abusing a glitch. Abuse would be like, grabbing 10 or so and aoeing them through the wall.

Okay, could someone please tell me how the heck I'm supposed to get skill points now that they messed with the skill system in v.7? I haven't gotten a signle SP in the last 4 levels, and I've got no way to level up my buffs or anything =/ It's a little frustrating.

Oh yeah, and I'm playing again, btw =P My leading characters are:

Eldridge - lvl 53 mage, soon to be elementor
Kiv - lvl 34 FS assist

The new skills system works like this: You get 3 points for every level your character gains, 30 points for going to your first job, and 30 points for going to your second job. Vagrant skills are worth 1 point per level, first class skills worth 2 per level, and second class skills worth 3 per level. When they did the conversion for the new version, they checked to see which was worth more points - your points taken from your skill's present levels, or your points by level, and they give you that much. Now, if you got points based on your skill's levels, then you won't gain skill points UNTIL they balance out. So if you are level 30 and have 200 skill points, that means that only 117 came by level, so you'd have to wait until you would have gained the other 83 points until you start gaining skill points again.

Basically this means assists suck now. If you're an assist and didn't have all your buffs mastered before v7, you never will. They're SUPPOSED to be fixing this, but I don't know for sure.

But yeah. The only character I really play on anymore is Minamo, and she's level 97 with 60% exp.

Oh okay, I get it now. That kinda sucks, because you basically lose if you were ahead of your level in terms of skills. You should be able to get more skill points without them balancing out =/

Man, not you guys too... all I hear in the FlyFF forums is "blah blah v7 skill system sux blah blah blah"

I absolutly love it. My RM has all mastered buffs except for Quick Step and Patience, my Ranger has all aoes mastered... and I didn't even have to do any spamming.

But take heart anyhow... there's a new skill system coming in April. Elementors and RMs will get more skill points per level than other classes, so even the newbie assists and mages will be happy again.

Hey Slater, could you not use that word please? ^^; Thanks.

I think the system is OK, but it just bugs me that you have to wait for your points to balance out before you can get new ones. All that AFK spamming was pretty much for nothing at this point.

Well, I don't think it sucks. I personally love the skill system; yes, two of my characters are pretty much ruined because of the new system, but that hasn't really deterred me from liking it. I've only had two issues with the system:

1) Asissts were basically screwed. I've made two assists recently, one was two or three weeks before the v7 update, and the other after the v7 update (the first of those two was one of the 'victims' I can't use anymore). But basically what I'm saying is, that if you didn't have all your buffs mastered before v7, you never will.

2) The Gm's failed to mention that if you recieved skill points based on your skills before v7, you wouldn't gain anymore for awhile. This ruined my first assist, a BP bound assist, because now she will never get any of the second job skills. This also ruined my ranger, because now she won't get Fast Shot or Silent Arrow.

But it's good to hear that they're giving assists the extra two skill points per level; they deserve them. Assists are every bit as much of a skill-reliant class as magicians are (and that's only half true; you can level a mage from 15-60 on Mental Strike alone).

Woah Slater, since when did you play? (Oh and please edit your post O.o)

What's your username?

Greatest thing happened to me yesterday. I was selling some spros (3 of them) to a dude (from CHILE) for 39 million (13 mil each) (His name was Darkotyle or something. He was a psykeeper). ANYWAY He tries to scam me and puts in 3.9 Million (Like everyone else) only I catch it. And tell him to do it legitimately.

So He puts in 39 million. But before I put in the three spros. HE CLICKS OK. I click OK, then take his money.

So he's chasing me, following me, saying "Don't be a bad guy". I tell him I'm a girl (XD) and he goes "Don't be a bad girl, beauty." and stuff. It was hilarious. He then started cursing at me and stuff.

Then he and his buddy pulled the "Going to get a GM to ban you" trick. Which just made me laugh, as I am fully aware that a GM cannot ban me for something that was another persons fault.

So yeah, free 39 million for me. I sure wish it was something bigger though XD Like 400 million.
