I dont have it yet e.b. here doesnt get it in till later today, ordered the special edition for 50 bucks which has a dvd with who know what on it and a supposedly huge haseo figure thats poseable and has weapons.

Will do, should have my copy around 4:30-5 and ill check out the terminal disc first.
Funny thing is the special edition with the disc and figure is only 10 more then the 40 dollar normal one.

Hmm terminal disc is interesting, it starts off with a couple interim reports and supposedly will unlock stuff as you play through rebirth and a voice that reminds me of you and at walking speed.

Impressions;
combat= much improved and fun this time around

voices;
haseo=rather dry
ovan= epic and win
bordeaux=good, sounds like the va that does the major from gits

I picked up my copy a few hours ago but wont be able to play it for another week, receiver on my setup died , so no audio (TV has no internal speakers).

Ouch.

Gameplay so far, the same three dungeons is getting annoying but its no biggy, specially since I enjoy combat in the game so far.
The arena is challenging and fun.

pi= havent heard much from her
atoli=gaaa she is so weird..... plus her voice at times acts like her personality but at other times its cool
gaspard and silibus=fit and a pretty good job
bordeaux=really good
sakaki=man is awesome cant wait till he goes nuts
sakubo=so so
endrance=creepy as heck voice wise
yata=good but he seemed like he was trying to be to dry.
ovan=a suprising voice but it fits

Are these voices all from the dub track? I'm onyl assuming that, since I don't remember the last tiem I heard a "dry" Japanese voice. I'm also taking the assumption that the billingual track is NOT included on this game?

I'm only like... an hour and a half into the game at the moment, butyeah. xD;;; I'm about to go down and play s'more. 8DD

andyar, I don't think there's a bilingual track. ;o; Don't remember it being in there in the options. Dx

Haseo acctually gets less dry and better the further in you go. A bunch of big names in this one, going to find the list of names pretty soon. But after beating the game the only voices that were annoying were the saku version of sakubo, atoli at times but like haseo she got better as the game went on, and random girls that were after kuhn.

I must say ovan's va is perfect for him. He makes ovan about triple the creepiness that the Japanese va did, and somehow endrance came across as freaky as well.

Bringing up a slightly older topic, cause I didn't want to make a new one^^

Well, I got GU for Christmas and eventually got around to playing it, and just yesterday I beat it. Wow that game was fun!^^ I mean, the first set of 4 were certainly fun and all, but I think it was hunting for virus cores that REALLY annoyed me >_< (Especially in the last few dungeons, where you needed some A cores and were at a super high level, but those monsters were at a very LOW level and had to get them low enough somehow that they wouldn't be killed >_< MAN that was a pain!)

*Cough* But besides that, I was having a great time with The World R2 and the new dungeons, kicking lucky animals and chim chims (so fun^^) and just the characters, designs, and everything is great^^ I SO can't wait for vol. 2 to come out (although I already spoiled myself with a couple of things I shouldn't looked up >_< I'm hooked on this storyline and those were things I shouldn't have looked at^^) Oh and as for the dub voices, I was able to tolerate... would've been nice with an original track, but I'm happy with what I've got^^
