CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

This is a project I have been working on, and I finally got to drawing it! The comic is hosted on my own Webs website. The story is basically about a girl who gets lost in fantasy, and she discovers a magical locket which creates a door that leads to another world! Upon entering the world, you have a "new identity", a different name and appearance. There are others who can come into this world called "Key Holders" which have a key that transports them from here to there, but Hikaru's locket is the only thing that creates a door, thus bridging reality and fantasy. But there are these mysterious people that keep coming up to Hikaru, so she can "wake up!". Who are they?

Minimum age: 11

Violence: 4; There will be some battle scenes and bashing around, and maybe a little blood.

Language: 0: None what-so-ever!

Sexual Content: 0: Nothing beyond a kiss.

Nudity (or skimpy outfits): 0: All clothing conservative!

Bad Region: 5: Hikaru's locket is magical, and upon saying the magic words, a door bridges this world and the other world appears. Others also have keys which directly transports them to the other world. In the other world, they have powers, which are contained in cards. These special cards give them different abilities or power-up their weapons.

This is actually a Christian manga, and all the stuff I just mentioned will be explained when the story comes to a conclusion. So all this "magic stuff" well, there's an explanation for all of that, but if I told you, I just gave away the end of the story XD

Okay, I've read some of it. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical due to the art. But then as I kept reading, I found that you are pretty good at telling interesting stories. I'd say practice with your art (which every artist NEEDS to due), and keep writing/drawing this story. It seems like a pretty good story.

Yeah, I know I have to keep practicing. These are basically just drafts, which if I continue to draw these stories, I'll get better with time. Eventually, I do plan on redrawing it.

BTW: I'm reading the Bleed No More Manga. It's pretty good so far. I like it XD!

Oh the art in that is especially bad XD That's why I'll redraw all of volume 1 before I continue. (How'd you find it in the CM Gallery???)

I'm also going to make Holder Of The Key a novel as well. While I am writing it, I will slowly work on the manga. I plan to get both published.

Oh, I just found Bleed No More in the manga section somewhere in the CM gallery. I wanted to find out what happens next. Ooooo, you are writing a novel? Cool!!! You are definetly a talented story-teller. You're just so good at making these storylines that draw people in.

That is so true. God inspires us to write stories that glorify Him and bring others to Him.

Hmmmm....I went to your website and read Split Oath and Holder of the Key. Both have great potential. You have a natural ability to tell a good story. I look forward to future installments.

Sorry I have not been updating this. My art just got better, and since I barely have many pages, I am considering redrawing this draft to make it more pleasing to the eye. The story, will of course, remain the same.
