Yes miyuki classic anime bout teenage life.

its not very clean and yet not very dirty.

besides some perversion i velieve its a beautifully drawed series.

but one of they major turnoffs is that it has something that has me thinking incest or not.

the main characters sister is in love with him

but his sister was sent off to school at the age of five so he hasnt lvied with her.

hes had 2 mothers and his sister is the second mothers daughter

so technically there not blood related or even that close atached since most of his life he hasnt lived with her

his mother told him to take care of his sister so thats why he denies if he lvoes her or not

do you think this is incest or not ??????????????? :?:

I have never heard of this anime, but I will look it up very soon. However, if you're talking about Miyuki-chan In Wonderland, this topic will have a tragically short life span. I don't think that you are, but that's the only "Miyuki" anime that I know of.

I think Christianotaku either meant "Saiyuki" or purposly spelled the name wrong to cause trouble. Christianotaku, please be careful with names and try not to post spam.

I read about Miyuki-chan in Wonderland and it's high on my avoid list. I like some of CLAMPs stuff, but this one is high on innuendos and ecchiness and sounds like one to avoid.

SAIYUKI sounds like it could be interesting, though. Saiyuki is a retelling of that classic Goku tale. However, I don't know much about it and I could be wrong.

Telling by the description, Saiyuki doesn't sound like the series that Christianotaku is referring to. It sounds more like the description of Marmalade Boy. However, since that title sounds nothing like Miyuki, I have a feeling that Christianotaku is pushing it too far.

Oops, It looks like there really is a TV series named Miyuki that has nothing to do with that other title. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1485 There isn't much info on it, though.

I didn't hear anything about Saiyuki being demonic, but I haven't heard too much about it and I heard that it's not that great of a series. The only reason I thought it sounded interesting was becuase it was a somewhat modernized version of that same tale that was used for Dragon Ball, but it really doesn't sound like something I would buy. It looks like I may have even more reasons for avoiding it.

However, that description of Miyuki still sounds a bit iffy. I would also like to mention that just mentioning this series without saying it's completely different than Miyuki-Chan in Wonderland is a bit iffy becuase more people have heard of the latter.

Ok, that helps. I was getting nothing for searches before. I don't have time to look in depth at the moment, but running a search for Mitsuru Adachi brought up some manga sites that, at a quick glance, like the teen-story manga that you were talking about.

Technically, Biblically, and legally, falling in love with a half-sibling would be considered incest.

Nevertheless, this seems to be a somewhat common theme in Japanese culture. . .I'm definitely not saying I approve, because I don't, but another example would be Final Fantasy Tactics, where one of the sideplots was the main character Ramza's devotion to his half-sister Alma. IIRC, it went a little deeper than your average brother-sister relationship. . .(where again is the vomit smiley when you need one)

There was no incest in FF Tactics...Ramza loved his sister as a sister...nothing more. I loved the game and never once caught wind of a romance there....hits Milly with piece of fruit. ;P
