It has a good amount of GORE and I personally don't think it's anywhere near being good. But that's just My Humble Opinion.

, but I wouldn't say it's 'clean' because the bad guys are truly insane, so yeah, it can get pretty brutal (among other things). Not sure if that helps at all.
