I remember an anime but can't think of the name. It used to air on funiamtion and was about a little girl who was a celebrity. It was a comedy and that's all I can remember. Any help would be awesome.

Full Moon Wo Sagashite is the first thing to come to mind, not sure how MUCH comedy is in that show though.

Kaleido Star maybe? She's not an actress but a circus performer.

Kodomo no Omocha is licensed by Funi (Well, partially, at least. I don't think they have rights to the whole series since they only dubbed the first 30 episodes.)
It's probably under its portmanteau name "Kodocha"
