TV Tokyo sues 4Kids over their treatment of Yu-Gi-Oh

Wonder if this would be enough to kill off 4kids. Sucks that Funimation is involved too though.

Heh, I had no idea 4kids was that bad. But it is sad Funimation had anything to do with it.

If 4Kids really did all this stuff they're being accused of, then TV Tokyo definitely deserves some compensation. And 4Kids deserves to go out of business for...not knowing how to run a business.

As long as 4Kids goes away forever, I'm happy. Not that I care to watch Yugioh (or anything 4Kids ever had), unedited or otherwise.

Yeah, I was a little worried about the abridged community too. But if what my brother says about Japan's copyright laws is true, then TV Tokyo won't have a problem with it. 4kids! gone forever! Finally! I'll never forgive them for what they did to G.I. Joe! Anyway, that aside, here is the link to ninjabridge's vid:

Haven't they filed for bankrupcy once before? Or is my memory simply deceiving me?
Oh well. I will give 4kids credit where it is due. They did introduce me somewhat to animu. However, it also caused me to develope a bit of a fault impression of the entire medium, not withstanding their horrible dubbing.

This would be their first time for filing for bankruptcy, but they have been in the red for a few years now.
