Awesome news, but why are they re-dubbing and re-releasing it? I had never seen the ADV version, nor this movie at all... Just curious?

YES! Are they also going to be showing it online, or is is only a dvd release?

Bang Zoom! Entertainment produced a new English dub for Crunchyroll streaming in 2009.

It mostly has to do with BEI. All Crunchyroll will handle is the DVD authoring, promotion and financing, where Bandai Entertainment has been tapped to handle disc replication and distribution.

You know that Bang Zoom does just about all of the dubs for Bandai Enterainment, they went with that dub.

Most people like the AD Vision dub and wish they had gone with that, but BEI was tapped for the handle disc replication and distribution, then we get this dub.

Yay, yay, yay! I love that movie! & I love crunchyroll, cuz that's the version I saw!

And here, we have a classic example of the effects that loljapan prices have on those of us not in Japan. Time to contact my sources in HK for a Japanese BD, I guess.
